E-commerce integration with product configurator assistan.
Website aimed at a high-level audience that until now only allowed the purchase of some static products, but they cannot be configured, which forced customers to go to the physical store to specify finishes such as measurements, color, fabrics, etc.. The client proposed an insight: “I need to feel that I can touch the product”.
Tailor-made product
This e-commerce needed an improvement to be able to include all the products that were not shown in its previous store. A card sorting was carried out to ensure that the order and compression of the products was correct.
The user should be able to configure the sofa configuration by himself, indicating the measurements, the color and all the functionalities in an intuitive way. For this we integrate a system with a configuration wizard, which guides the user step by step, showing price variations instantly.
